Many postpone sadhana and spiritual discipline until old age. This is wrong. Earn the precious reward while you are young and fresh. It is never too soon to begin. The tongue, the eye, the ear, the hand and the mind should all be trained from boyhood onwards to avoid evil. (SSS Vol. 6, p. 194)

Dushasana was disrobing Draupadi in the court in the presence of persons like Bhishmacharya, Kripacharya, and Dronacharya who knew that it was wrong. They knew that he was committing a big mistake. All watched but none objected. Then Vidura began telling Bhishma, ‘You are a man who can discriminate between good and bad. Such a noble person like you is watching such a wily act. Why do you just keep quiet?’ He said, ‘What can I do? The wicked people are doing that.’ No! The one who does, the one who encourages, the one who watches, the one who knows it is wrong and does not oppose it-all the four are equally wrong. (M, p. 180)
