When we ask ourselves earnestly ‘Where is God?’ we get an instantaneous response from within ‘Aham Vaishvanaro Bhoothva Praninam Dehamasritha Pranapana Samayukta Pachamyannam Chathurvidham.’ - Oh! Simpleton! I dwell in you in the form of Vaishvanaro.... I digest the very food you eat and supply it to various organs of the body. But when do you get such response? Only when you do Brahmarpana (dedicate all actions to God). Therefore when we dedicate all our actions to God in all sincerity, we get a pleasingly fulfilling response from within. If one questions ‘Where is God’ in the daily life experience, the reply comes ‘I am present in the form of Vaishvanara’. But the question should be associated in whatever one does by offering the work to Brahman (Brahmarpanam). If Brahmarpanam is done prior to questioning, the reply ‘I am Vaishvanara’ comes immediately. If Brahmarpanam is not done, the reply to the question where is God will not be coming. Hence it is necessary to offer all our work with our heart to the Divine. If there is a gap or a mistake in our offering, then the reply will not be coming properly.
