To possess both individual and national character is possible only for a Divine being and for an ordinary person it would be difficult. Everyone should regard such people as his role model. (M, p. 16)

A manager should personify love and become a role model in different spheres of organisational activities. Value-based managers as well as organisations can thus become centres of excellence for emulation. Business should not get swayed by excess profits and wealth maximisation, but should realize the significance of social responsiveness. Therefore corporate philosophy should be guided by Dharma (Righteousness). A business organisation is to be treated as a temple, wherein the entire workforce, by means of sincere work, offer worship to God. (M, p. 68)
