When man attaches himself to Svartha (his ego), he loses access to Parartha (higher levels of consciousness). This downfall results in his losing grip of Yadartha (the Reality); when reality eludes him, he is confronted by Nanartha (a crowd of contradictory conclusions). This Anartha (calamity) in the thought process results in Ashanti (Restlessness or Lack Of Peace).
