First of all one has to question oneself whether one wants worldly peace or inner peace. Worldly peace is temporary and comes and goes. But man is deluded to think that it is real peace, what is its power and sublime it is. The state of freedom from attachment and hatred is real peace. Where there is Raga (attachment) and Dvesha (hatred), there can be no peace. (SS Dec 12, p. 407)
