With great enthusiasm and devotion, he sent the most modern and sophisticated equipment from United States for the hospital. The value of the equipment is nearly twenty crore rupees… Today, most hospitals in the country have become big business ventures. The promoters of such hospitals look to make huge profits out of them. It is for such selfish purposes that hospitals are being established. But in Sai, there is no trace of self-interest. Very few try to recognize this truth. Tigrett recognised this truth about Swami and sought to help the hospitals project to the maximum extent of his capacity… Men may make money, But that money acquires merit only when it is used for good causes. Not only all persons have this urge; perhaps only one in a million has it. Tigrett has helped our hospital project in a spirit of sacrifice. The reason is his great devotion to Swami. It is commendable that one should manifest one’s devotion in the form of help to others. (After presenting the bowl to Tigrett, He continued), This flower bowl is a flower of love.
