Passion is Asuric in nature. Passion, ignorance, egoism, all are born of delusion. Passion brings about death, while Vairagya brings about Liberation. It is wisdom. (P.Vah, p. 35)

Passion makes women aggressively bold, adventurous, and desirous of freedom from restraint. The day when passion is accepted as a mark of womanhood, it will mark the beginning of the end of feminity. (VS, p. 124)
